This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how books are delivered to users who subscribe to Readle World through our website and mobile application.
By Subscribing books from our platform, you agree to the delivery terms described below.


1. Delivery Availability

Readle World currently delivers books only within supported service areas.
Delivery coverage depends on your location and may expand over time.

If your address is outside our delivery region, you may not be able to complete your order.


2. Delivery Charges

All book deliveries and pickups are 100% free.

There are no hidden charges, fuel fees, or handling fees for members.

This is included as part of your monthly subscription plan.


3. Delivery Timeframe

The products would be delivered to the customer’s within 4 to 6 days

3.1 New Book Orders

After you place a Subscription order:

  • Delivery is usually completed within 2–5 working days, depending on your location and book availability.

  • Deliveries may take longer during peak demand, weather conditions, public holidays, or logistics delays.

3.2 Replacement / Next Cycle Orders

You can place a new Subscription order only after:

  • Returning previously Subscribed books

  • Completing your reading cycle (1 Month or 2 Month)

Once eligible, your new order will be processed for delivery.


4. Delivery Process

Once your order is confirmed:

  1. Books are prepared for dispatch

  2. You receive a confirmation notification

  3. Delivery personnel will bring the books to your registered address

  4. You may be required to confirm receipt via OTP or digital confirmation

You must ensure someone is available at the address to receive the books.


5. Missed Deliveries

A delivery attempt may fail if:

  • The user is unavailable

  • Address is incorrect or incomplete

  • Repeated calls/messages are unanswered

In such cases:

  • Delivery will be rescheduled

  • Excessive failed attempts may delay your Subscription cycle

Users are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.


6. Book Condition at Delivery

Books are delivered in:

  • Clean, readable condition

  • Properly packed

  • Without major damage

If you receive a damaged or incorrect book:

  • Report it within 24 hours

  • We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost

Failure to report damage may make the user liable at return time.


7. Delivery Restrictions

Delivery may be temporarily affected due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Logistic partner delays

  • Transport strikes

  • Government restrictions

If delays occur, you will be notified through email, SMS, or your dashboard.


8. Address Changes

If you want to update your delivery address:

  • Do so before placing a new order

  • Address changes after dispatch cannot be accepted

Incorrect address updates may delay delivery.


9. Verification at Delivery

To prevent misuse, delivery personnel may request:

  • Name confirmation

  • Phone OTP verification

  • Order ID confirmation

This is for security and verification purposes only.


10. Ownership of Books

All books remain the property of Readle World.
Users receive books only on a Subscription basis.
Books must be returned according to the Return & Pickup Policy.
