Return & Pickup Policy

This Return & Pickup Policy explains how book returns, pickup requests, and cycle resets work for all users of the Readle World website and mobile application. By Subscribing books from our platform, you agree to follow the process described below.
The returns would happen within 3 to 4 days and also the damaged and defective items would be processed within 4 to 5 days and the replaced products would be delivered to the customer within 3 days.
If you are receiving any damaged or defective products please contact us within 24 hrs so we will Re-deliver either exchange or replace products within 5-6 working days
1. Return Requirements
To be eligible for Subscribe new books, users must:
Return both books Subscribed in the current cycle
Submit a return pickup request
Ensure the books are in good, readable condition
Wait for confirmation of pickup and return
Complete the reading cycle (30 or 60 days depending on the plan)
Returns must be arranged only through the official pickup request form on the website or mobile app.
2. Reading Cycle & Return Window
Your return window depends on your active membership:
2.1 Readle Lite (₹179/month)
Cycle duration: 60 days
User must return the 2 Subscribed books before or at the end of the 60-day period
2.2 Readle Pro (₹279/month)
Cycle duration: 30 days
User must return the 2 Subscribed books before or at the end of the 30-day period
Early Returns Allowed
Users may return books earlier, but new books can only be ordered after the cycle completes.
3. How to Request a Pickup
Users can request pickup by:
Visiting the Pickup Request page in their dashboard
Providing pickup address & available time slot
Submitting the form
Our team will verify your details and arrange a pickup at your registered address.
4. Pickup Process
Once your pickup request is submitted:
Our team reviews your request
A pickup slot is assigned
Delivery personnel arrive at your address
Books are inspected and collected
A confirmation is sent to the user
Pickup is free of charge and part of your membership benefits.
5. Book Condition Requirements
Books should be returned in:
Clean and readable condition
Without missing pages
Without major water damage
Without intentional writing, tearing, or misuse
Minor wear from normal reading is acceptable.
Damage or Loss
If a book is significantly damaged or lost, charges may apply and may be deducted from the security deposit.
6. Failed or Delayed Pickups
Pickup may fail due to user unavailability, incorrect address, or unforeseen logistics issues.
If pickup cannot be completed:
User must reschedule through support
Delays may affect the start of the next Subscription cycle
Repeated missed pickups may lead to temporary suspension
7. Cycle Reset After Return
Your reading cycle resets only after:
Both books are returned
Pickup is completed
Books are received and marked as returned in the system
Your current cycle (1 Month or 2 Month) has ended
After the cycle resets, you become eligible to order your next set of 2 books.
8. Non-Returned Books
If books are not returned even after reminders:
Account access may be temporarily restricted
New book orders will be blocked
Security deposit may be partially or fully deducted
Additional charges may apply for lost or non-returned books
9. Service Availability
Return and pickup service may be affected due to:
Weather disruptions
Holidays
Local restrictions
Logistics partner delays
In such cases, users will be notified.
