These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, mobile application, and all related services including book Subscription, memberships, deliveries, and security deposit management.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

1. About Readle World

Readle World provides a subscription-based book Subscription service where users can Subscribe books, receive home delivery, request pickup, and repeat the cycle based on their chosen plan (30-day or 60-day cycle).

Our services include:

  • Monthly subscription plans

  • Book Subscription & delivery

  • Return & pickup

  • Membership dashboard

  • Security deposit management

These Terms apply to all users of the website and mobile app.

2. Eligibility

To create an account and use our service, you must:

  • Be at least 13 years old

  • Provide accurate registration details

  • Use a valid mobile number and email address

  • Agree to these Terms & the Privacy Policy

We may request identity verification if needed for service safety.

3. Account Creation & Responsibilities

When you register:

  • You must provide accurate information

  • You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials

  • You agree not to share your account with others

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

If you suspect unauthorized activity, you must notify us immediately.

4. Membership Plans & Billing

4.1 Subscription Plans

Readle World currently offers:

  • Readle Lite — ₹179/month (2 books for 2 months)

  • Readle Pro — ₹279/month (2 books every month)
    Both require a ₹1000 one-time refundable security deposit, charged only with the first successful subscription.

4.2 Recurring Payments

  • Your subscription renews automatically every month until cancelled.

  • You authorize us or our payment gateway to charge the monthly fee.

  • Failed renewals may suspend your account.

4.3 Security Deposit

  • Deposit is fully refundable after all books are returned and your account has no pending cycles or dues.

  • Refund timelines may vary (typically 7–15 working days).

  • Withdrawal can be requested through your account.

5. Book Subscription Rules

5.1 Subscription Limits

  • You can Subscribe 2 books at a time

  • New books can be ordered only after completing your reading cycle (30/60 days) AND after returning the previous set

5.2 Delivery

  • Delivery is free within supported regions

  • Delivery times depend on your location and book availability

5.3 Return & Pickup

  • Pickup must be requested through the website/app

  • Books must be returned in readable condition

  • Damage or loss may lead to deduction from security deposit or additional charges

6. User Obligations

You agree to:

  • Handle books with care

  • Return books on time

  • Not duplicate, photocopy, or misuse Subscription books

  • Not engage in fraud, abuse, or misuse of services

  • Not intentionally damage or lose books

  • Update your contact details whenever needed

Violation of these obligations may result in service suspension or account termination.

7. Prohibited Activities

You must NOT:

  • Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt our website/app

  • Create fake accounts

  • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts

  • Post abusive or illegal content

  • Misrepresent your identity

Any misuse may lead to legal action.

8. Cancellation & Refunds

8.1 Subscription Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time

  • No cancellation charges apply

  • Cancellation will prevent future auto-renewals

  • The current month’s fee is non-refundable once charged

8.2 Book Return Requirement

Cancellation does not exempt you from returning any rented books.

8.3 Security Deposit Refund

  • Only refunded after return of all books

  • User must submit a withdrawal request

  • Refund issued to original payment method whenever possible

9. Service Availability

We strive for uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may temporarily affect access.

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify features

  • Change pricing (with prior notice)

  • Pause or discontinue service in certain regions

10. Intellectual Property

All content on Readle World—including:

  • Website/app design

  • Logos & branding

  • Text, images, descriptions

  • Book listings & categories

—is the property of Readle World and protected by copyright laws.
You may not copy, reuse, or reproduce content without permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

Readle World is not liable for:

  • Loss of data

  • Service downtime

  • Delayed delivery

  • App crashes or technical issues

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid to us within the last 3 months.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.
Updated Terms will be posted on the website/app with a revised date.
Continued use of our services implies acceptance of updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
